Yükselen bu ısı ve ulaştığı nokta, kişiye ya da cilde her hangi bir zarar vermez. Bu şekilde sadece su molekülleri harekete geçirilir. Su oranı fazla olan yağ dokularına müdahale etmek sureti ile yağların eritilmesine dayalı bir sistem olarak ön plana çıkar.
