Panik Bozukluğun Özellikleri

• Yineleyen kendiliğinden ortaya çıkan panik ataklar
• Ataklardan en az birini en az bir ay süreyle aşağıdakilerden herhangi birisi izler:
• Başka ataklarında olacağına ilişkin sürekli kaygı duyma hali
• Atakların yol açabilecekleri ya da sonuçlarıyla (kalp krizi geçirme, kontrolünü kaybetme, çıldırma) ilgili olarak endişe duyma
• Ataklarla ilişkili olarak belirgin davranış değişikliği gösterme vardır (kaçma ve kaçınma davranışları).
